Sea level was founded by Bill Gates in support of his new Windows operating system. The purpose of sea level was so that the extraordinary amount of money that Gates made every year wouldn't overflow onto the continents. In the rare case that it did, Gates would tell the Democrats to begin Operation Global Warming, where they would convince people to buy Windows so Gates could get more money.

When Bill Gates founded Microsoft, he realised that he'd need to create a piece of software to keep the extravagant amounts of money he was making from Windows from overflowing onto the continents of Earth, so that God wouldn't get pissed off at him and own his ass in a game of Counter-Strike. So Bill Gates created MS Sea Level 1.0, and it retailed for 599 US Dollars, the same amount that the Playstation 3 will retail for.

MS Sea Level 1.0 was prone to driver failures, and often was infected via the trojan horse virus Ze Flood. After numerous patches, Bill Gates decided to pull MS Sea Level 1.0 of the market. The following year, he released MS Sea Level 2.0, which came with many new features. However, Hurricane Katrina happened, and support for MS Sea Level 2.0 went offline for a full month. So God got mad and went down to Earth to kick Bill Gates' ass. Allegedly, He was stopped at the gate by Gates' security squad.

Determined to make more money off of the MS Sea Level franchise, Gates launched MS Sea Level XP, which was a resounding success. 5 million copies of Sea Level XP were purchased following the aftermath of Katrina, and poor people living in coastal areas everywhere rejoiced, for there was a chance that they won't be drowned in Gates' amazing amounts of money.

MS Sea Level Vista is currently in development, and it is expected to be released the same day as Halo 3. On that day, Bill Gates will effectively control every computer in the world, and he can finally put into action his plan to bring Xenu to Earth.
